I don't understand what you're talking about.
If you want to configure the settings of the plugin you can do that on https://aternos.org/files
Please note that you have to restart your server after installing a plugin. -
Please ask the plugin author if a such a setting exists.
Also have a look at the wiki of the plugin. -
