Some plugins i cant use ;-;

I have recently been wanting to have a Skyblock game/minigame on my server, but when i clicked on each of the 4 plugins shown when typed "Skyblock" i realised they were all for bukkit, so i couldn't make my skyblock, this is annoying because if i change to bukkit i cant have some of the other plugins i have and it really bugs me, is there another link or way or am i just ;-; stuck?

But i have the Skybnlock plugin, but when i restarted my server it isnt on /plugins
