I apparently need Essentials Economy for /bal and stuff like that, but when i looked on plugins there were only 4 things that werent What i waned so now i cant make shops? ;-;

Essentials Economy is included in the essentials package.
But we recommend using a more up to date economy plugin. -
EssentialsSpawn,EssentialsChat,etc is on EssentialsX config.yml

As I understand boat you just need to install EssentialsX.
Also have a look at the config of EssentialsX maybe you have to enable it. -
