Every Block i break in my server it just gone like you cant get it.

Guys i was mining for ores right,but hten after i went out i was fooling around and then suddenly every block i break i dont get.like wend you break glassi have no silk touch you can get it right but it happend on every block,even with silk touch you still dont get so the i ask my freind to see if it was the same for him to and yea we both cant get any blocks we break.Can you guys pleas help because the server is very special to us and we dont want to make a new server.
