permissionEX issue

hello, so I took romans tip and watched a youtube video on how to set it up. I followed the videos steps and added all my commands into "permissions.yml" in the files. my problem is when I enter the game I cant brake blocks or type ANY commands. so if u could possible help me out and resolve this issue id appreciate it.

I'm gonna post a comment with everything in the permissions.yml page.
