I want to add plugin OpenInv to server and i don't know if that , will remove progress in my world or players eq. Cuz im changed server to premium only and it remove all players eq and all diamond sets gone. So im just must make sure adding plugins is safe to server.

Adding a Plugin won't reset anything.
Cuz im changed server to premium only and it remove all players eq and all diamond sets gone.
This happened because the UUID generation of players is handled differently in premium and cracked mode. If you change the setting back the items should be back again.

I most cases plugins work with multiple minecraft versions. Anyway you should install the plugin version made for the mc version you're using, if available.
