Servers RAM keeps getting overloaded

    I made a creative server for me and my friends to play on, but after awhile the server's RAM started going up and it kept on crashing, I thought deleting some plugins could fix it (this is a spigot server). I deleted some plugins and it was going well but then it kept on crashing because of the RAM, I even deleted all the plugins and it did not work.

    Please help, I don't know what is going on and this has been happening for a couple of weeks now.
