Server lags after updating to 1.20

    Hello, I just recently updated to version 1.20. I am using PaperMC and the server suddenly is laggy. Chunk don't load and it gives errors in the logs. Such as RecipeBookServer, AdvancementDataPlayer, something about TickChildren. This didn't occur during 1.19.4 and I don't know what is causing this. I already did some basic troubleshooting such as updating/removing some plugins and it still causes these problems. I realized that it opens slower than when it was on 1.19.4. do you have any solutions or is it because paper just released on 1.20
