Plugin is not installed

Hi,

So I am wanting to add a plugin called Quests to my server which is partnered with the citizens plugin and etc. but when I download it, it doesnt install the files, the only thing that appears is the .jar file. I have tried restarting the server multiple times to see if the plugin would install but nothing.

I dont think so because the plugin was updated yesterday:

And the MC server version is: Spigot 1.12.2 (which is latest)

Yes, I have already downloaded it but the problem is, is that there are two Vault plugins, and i think i have the wrong one, but the correct one doesnt have any download link thingy:

https://aternos.org/plugins/p/vault (This is the one with no download link but i assume is the correct one becasue quests plugin redirects me to this plugin)

Okay, so does that mean the Quests plugin is unavailable???
