Can't connect to server, either Times out or Java connection reset

    I went to start the server, and it started normally, but when I went to join it just sat on "connecting to server" until throwing out the timed-out message. I've tried including the port in the IP, resetting my launcher, resetting my router, changing render distance settings, restarting the server, and yet nothing seems to work. Interestingly I'm not the only one having the problem with this server as a friend of mine who was trying to join described the same exact problem that I am having. Though another friend has been able to join the server normally multiple times in a row without any issues, but even after changing our settings to match their's, we still won't connect. I don't know what changed, the server was working fine yesterday and for the better part of ~3 years, Java Spigot 1.20.1

    If you use mods then please check if the versions of the mods match.
