Suggestion For Plugin Schematics

I have a server and just got the plugin 'Shelter' and without Schematics it's practically useless and I understand that letting people make new files is risky but I was thinking , what if you made a system where the user can upload schematic files and nothing else. This would make plugins with a need of custom schematics still usable without any risks. If there are risks please let me know but otherwise I request this feature be implemented as soon as possible as it would be highly useful and would finally stop rendering so many plugins as useless. If you decide to implement my idea in anyway , thanks in advance!
