Any error messages in the server log? You can share the full log with us using the share button on https://aternos.org/log
What software do you use? Please keep in mind, that plugins only work with bukkit or spigot.
Which plugin does not work? -
So you only have a problem with PowerRanks? In your first post you said that no plugin is working.
I just checked your server and there is a PowerRanks.jar -
You need to reload or restart the server after installing it in order to work
