are we still unable to have plugins on minecraft PE servers? because i downloaded them but they do not pop up when i do /plugins

I want plugins! Give me plugins pls!
Good to know that we are not alone, but the MCPE server softwares are a pretty chaotic mess. There are lots of different server softwares with different places
for plugins and they even need different programming languages for their plugins (ClearSky and Genisys are PHP, Nukkit is Java).
Right now, we see no good platform for MCPE plugins, not to mention that there is no platform with an API (like Bukget or Spiget).
We will add plugins, if there is such a platform available, if you know any good place, don't hesitate to tell us. -
