i can't upload files so can you add it and too a ftp and too permisson to edit files

You can use PermissionEx plugin for ranks on your server and install vault for its dependencies and also a bchatmanager for chat formats

- You can edit the configuration files of plugins here: https://aternos.org/files/
Combining bukkit and forge requires a special server software like cauldron or sponge.
Sponge is still in beta and not that popular right now.
Cauldron has been discontinued afaik.
