Today, I tried to install ViaVersion and other plugin with bukkit and spigot, but it wouldn't install to my files.

Too many plugins won't to be installed in files

Some plugins like GriefPreventions or MassiveCore are so outdated and not compatible, or those contains bugs

Have you started your server yet?

Delete both of them. Or you can install your server version to 1.12

Currently there are problems with the plugin download from spigotmc.org
We have to wait for an update of a library we're using.
Bukkit plugins should continue to work.
