Factions Plugin Not Installing

Hello This is CapG, i would like to complain about the plugin faction, its a great plugin for servers and i decided to install it, i downloaded it

and when i go to my files... its not there.... i downloaded it over and over again and still nothing... i tried installing MasiveCore First before factions and still nothing... i tried other versions of the plugin but still no luck... am i installing the wrong plugin or no? please help, it would be such a great help if u fixed my problem... thank you for reading!

Oh Thank You for replying, i downloaded the plugin at this link since there is no option for me to import the plugin from pc so i used the plugins here https://aternos.org/plugins/p/1900
