Can you put 2 gb?
Because my server was on vanilla and lagging from 1 gb ram.
It must be 2 GB,so there is no lagging or more than 1500MB ram must.

We are not able to "just increase the ram".
We have thousands of servers running at the same time. Increasing the RAM would that we can run much less servers on the same amount of hardware and the same amount of users.
The result would be a much longer queue.

i have 1gb ram and 50 players on at a time i have absolutely no lag and not to mention i have 30 plugins running

The number of plugins is not important. Functionality is important.
100 Single functionality Plugin < 10 Multi-functional plugin

Dude the number of the plugin is not important, yes. But wat about Plugin Loader? You have to wait almost 2 minutes to loaded completely. With 80 plugins, don't do /reload :P. Becuase it will load until the server stop
