Aternos are not responsible for that. You have to ask its own plugin author

We can help you only with the installed plugins, if you dont make an plugin request.
Were not responsible for your minecraft server plugins. We dont make them, so we cant edit them.

I had a closer look at the plugin.
The plugin provides config options for string editing/translation in the main config file.
If you want to translate the plugin into your language you can do that in that file.
Anyway it's not our job to translate plugins if the plugin author does only provide a german version. Some plugins provide the translations for other languages on their plugin page. If you can not find them try to contact the plugin author.
