I cannot remove the worldguard plugin. I have a problem with private, and to solve it, you need to reinstall this plugin, and I can not remove it. PLEASE HELP

I just had a look at your server and I could not find the worldguard plugin.
Did you already fix it on your own?
Also always make sure that you delete the folder and the plugin itself (ending with .jar)
If you forget the .jar file the folder will be loaded again and also the folder is being recreated.
