Did you already try to reinstall your client?

yh that didnt work

Please download your world and see if it is working in single player
-
it just crash the game.
-
So you have a corrupted world.
Try to delete the player data and see if it is working then.
-
how do i do that
-
delete the players or playerdata directory in the world folder.
Create a backup before.
-
Download the world. Extract the world from the zip file. Then delete the folder "world/players, world/playerdata, world/stats, world/level.dat_old, world/DIM-1 and world/DIM". Do the zip file again. Upload the world to the server
if it does not work. Download the world. Take a picture of the files contained in or send me the world if you can not

No, just the players or playerdata folder.
Deleting any other folders (especcially the DIM folders)might end in loosing world parts.

If so, I would have lost my world every week

the DIM Folders store the nether and the end of minecraft worlds.
If you use a bukkit or spigot end and nether are moved to extra folders (world_the_end / world_nether)
So basically if you use vanilla / bukkit or modpacks and you delete the dim folders end and nether will be lost.
However if we say "delete playerdata" we want that people only delete playerdata which is stored in players or playerdata folder.
