disconnected from server

so ive leave this for a month and now its became like this.. can connect,can generate world, but then its like not responding after a while its responding for 1 second and then kicks me out.. I'm the only one on my server... sorry I'm late cause wifi got error for awhile but the result is like what the server says ..

I got in then load world then lagged but then response for a second then kicked me.. don't why like this and also the ip is stoped at 14
