Heyo! I currently run a 1.8.8 server with spiggot and whenever I try to download Cititzens (the npc plugin), it wont work. When I do /plugins, the plugin turns red and no commands will work. Can you tell me whats wrong?

It seems like you have to install Vault and ProtocolLibs plugin. Without them, a lot of your plugins won't work
