Hey, I have a issue with building on my server. I can break blocks, but I cant place any or get any blocks out of creative mode. My spawn protection is set to 0 and here is my list of plugins.

Like.. Worldedit for example

I don't necessarily see anything that could be blocking building, unless your server is 1.8+ and you installed Essentials alone (if you did, try installing EssentialsX alongside it). Also check your files to see if Essentials Anti Build or Essentials Protect is there

World edit and World guard are the only plugins I could think of and its not world guard because this happened when I didn't even have world guard and

I think your server have a lot of plugin error..

You should try to fix these or remove the plugins which cause these errors.

Install the following plugins: WGCustomFlag and CT-Core
And please update your server version. Most of the outdated plugins contain bugs

The plugins in red color are the one which are not working and the green one are working. Try removing all those and check whether can u do it when you are Oped if u can place and take blocks that means it either is problem of permissions or u edited world management plugin inncoorectly
This happened to me too on my server.
But all I had to do was add modifyworld.* To my rank and that is "Owner"
And also make sure to remove the plugin that are in red color those can be the one causing error but I am not sure
