Plugins don't install EVER

I cant install plugins anymore.......the last time that I could Install the plugins was yesterday afternoon.......I was putting plugins 2 months ago but I couldn't start them......By another meaning I didn't know hot to start them.......yesterday I saw a youtube tutourail then I made what he made.....the plugins worked for the first time....then I went to delete some of them......It delete all of them(the website).....and from that time I can't run my server.......As the picture says......it lead for a while then it stops.....Help Me Please.
