Since I installed it, it makes my plugins unusable and besides I can not delete it. A file called format with a question mark does not disappear when I want to delete it. SVP you can help me without removing my plugins already installed (and who works well) nor my map? Thank you.

Shut down your server, and THEN delete AceChat.jar. Then delete the folder, restart your server. Install AceChat, and then restart server.

The formats file has been created by the AceChat plugin "in a special way" that it bugs linux systems.
I removed the file from your server.
