Upload plugins?

I was wondering how to upload a plugin? I would like to get Essentials Chat onto my server, and it's not available in the plugin download section, as only the core Essentials is available. How could I get Essentials Chat onto my server? (EssentialsX Chat, actually)

As I've said though, your plugin browser doesn't have Essentials Chat, one of the most basic plugins, and it's also an important plugin to have.
