Issue not resolved, moderator shut my thread down with no answer

My last thread got shut down but a moderator of the forums with no answer. They asked me for the server logs and immediately shut the thread down.
If it's possible I'd like some actual help this time.
I only get this reoccurring error message: "io.netty.channel.Abstract$ChannelAnnotatedConnectException: Connection Timed out: No further information"

(Im tinkering around with server stuff on my own server but that is a log to one of my friends server)
((I also checked the log on my server and it's identical in every way))
But this issue happens on every reinstall. Ive tried every version of MC and I still get this issue, on every Aternos.me server. It says the server is online with ther personalized link and people can join and all, but not me. I just get the "cant connect" error where it says Online or Offline.

So, I did some tinkering. My issue may be caused by the software on the server; like Spigot only works for certain versions while I can play all Bukkit versions. (Keep in mind Im not using mods, only Software at the moment.) I have tried the DynIP for my friends server along with the official IP. I also tried Direct Connect and the browser.

(But my friend uses Bukkit on his server?)

Im not able to join my friends server, but I can join my own. The connection trick (just changing software) works on my server but not his.
