Hi I think it would help some people out if you gave us the opportunity to access the Bukkit.yml file and other files like that (the spigot file).

Bruh you can't change bukkit.yml or spigot.yml

Hi so one of my players can’t join because it says Connection throttled so I was hopping you would be able to change Connection-throttled: 4000 to -1
The default of 4000 is already very high.
There is normally no need to change it.

Or can you at least make it so we can edit Commands.yml? Because Essentials and EssentialsX use a custom text command feature that requires editing that file to make work.
