Problem with my Plugins (Urgent)

I'm on Spigot version 1.12.2 and when i install a plugin then go to files and click on it, it doesn't convert to my files or become part of my server. Please help I used all the videos and everything, and everyone on my server wants plugins what can I do please help asap!!! PLEASE!!!

You have to start your server after installing a plugin to generate the config files.

I just tried that and it still didn't work the symbol for the plugins is still a document sign and not a file symbol is there any other solution? (if u want me to give u my account so u can fix it just ask)

I tried many for example I tried Shopkeepers-2.3.4.jar, ( and normal shopkeepers.jar ,

VillagerShop.jar, ChangeSkin.jar, and HotbarPets_v1.1.jar thank you for your cooperation and please reply asap, thx

I installed all Plugins without any problems.

I think what you mean is that your plugins do not load properly.

Please check your server log in order to find out why the plugins don't load.
