Separate Warps ASAP ;3

    So here it is im going to make skyblock and factions how can i separate there warps like im on the skyblock world then i type /warps and i only see skyblock on the list and if i go in faction world i only see /warp faction how can i make this :):?::?::!: ASAP Pls
