Hey, you! Yes, you. I'm talking to YOU. I see you're the guy who constantly @Helper's us for our attention when we're all staring the channel down, or @Aternos-Team's when you want your mod/modpack to be accepted. Well, unfortunately, you're most likely wasting your time. Each group, both the Aternos Team and the Helpers, have specific roles in which they fufill. This thread will go over each group, what they are, what they're jobs are, and when to ping them. Maybe there'll be a few extra tips added.

Aternos Team - I'm sure you're familiar with these guys. Hell, part of their name is the hosting's title. But what some people may not understand is that their role is far greater then providing assistance of where to go for your plugin needs. In fact, these guys not only help those who need it, but they also work on the system we use. Crazy right?!?!?!?!?! Which means we should most likely leave them to work on it and.. *gasp*.. Not over excessively ping them! Right?! Right? Okay then. Anyways times you SHOULD ping them are very specific. The main reason would be if you have a purely server related issue (such as missing backups, or server offline online issues), but you can also ping them secondarily for general help (such as plugin issues, mod issues, etc)
Helpers - Yay I can talk about something I know for once! Helpers, while they don't do as much behind-the-scenes as the Team, sort of work as the right hand people. While they're busy working on the cure for server breakdowns (oof), we're here covering their tracks. But really, we help with general problems, such as plugin dependencies, and NOT on issues about the system (since 99% of the time, we will have no idea how to respond). Also, as a hidden rule, do not ping us while the Helper ! !Max! !#2340 is online and playing a game. I've learned the hard way the man really, REALLY, hates unnecessary pings. Also, as a secondary rule, listen to what he says. He also hates being ignored
