Can't open plugin server on Aternos??

I'm not sure why is this happen but it happen since last month I will post logs in comment

pls, i just really need to play with my friend

edit1: I can't. post my logs.. Well, i'm using 1.8.8 Spigot I will edit my plugins soon and.. I cant even open empty spigot server without plugins i don't understand

i can install plugins but when i open server it just stopped by itself. Also sorry for not reply in a while.

I know right.. it is spigot 1.8.8 but Idk why it is shown up as 1.14 snapshot..

I repeat I use Spigot Server but it shown as snapshot idk why but it is spigot
