Problem AdvancedBan

Hello Roman, i need help to my server. The problem is that i can join. I install a plugin called Advanced here's the link https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/advancedban and i just can't join after i install it. I just see only this msg

i tried but... I will search again if there is still a file from this Plugin.

i will just delete ALL the plugins so if it's not working i will change the Software. IF THIS Doesn't Work i have Big ProbLem :o

i don't think so.. i just can't join it's from the plugin because everytime i want to join i saw "AdvancedBan banned : You are not in OP list ;3" and after i delete it just "banned : You are not in OP list ;3" i OP myself and ........ No help

then i delete all plugins . Nothing. I tried to change the Software ... still doesn't work... I Don't Know what to do.

but . One more question. What is the "best" plugin? Like u have /gm 1/2/3/0 u have Vanish /tpall /tphere /feed /heal and others. That's big Plugin but i can't found it if you can help me with that will be great !
