Here is my problem : I use minecraft 1.9.4 with optifine, I want to put World Edit on the server, I followed the step that we found in the tutorial video on the website but now I can't join the server. If someone could help me it would be nice I don't understand a lot about minecraft and these servers

What error message do you get when you try to join your server?
Did you already check the server log? You can also share the server log with us using the share button on the log page.
Which software is exactly installed on your server?

Just a last thing, do you know if I can use "//set" command without having the blocks needed in my inventory ?
Normally you don't need the blocks you want to set in your inventory.

go in Files > World edit > config.yml scroll down until you see
user inventory:
enable: false (<-- set that to 'true')
