I wanted to play skyblock on my server with my friend. But he told me that he couldnt open chests or break/place any blocks until I opped him. I dont want to OP every player that joins my server because they will use creative to cheat.
Players Need OP to open chests?

if you have essentialsX, remove essentialsX protect and essentialsX anti build
Or add perimissions of that in any perms plugin
