So, i tried to upload a resourcepack to my server, before i was noticing, that
uploading a resource pack isn't possible with mediafire.
So my question is:
Could you add mediafire as a download page for resourcepacks
Server Resourcepack Download page.

you must use it or use site that has direct download link that don't need to renew it

Just to be clear, It's not that we don't support megaupload. It's that megaupload does not support direct download which is required by minecraft to download the resource pack.
You can use of course other sites than dropbox, however it must support direct download.
