Server Thread/Warn: Can't keep up!

  • Heyo
Can someone please give me some help and/or ideas as to what could possibly be going on?
(Avoid commenting if you aren't going to be helpful unless you've had this experience and know how to fix it.)

I'll start my Aternos server and join my world, and after a few minutes the server will close itself and I get the message "IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
If I try inserting commands in-game, they do not appear in the chat or make changes, and all animals around move in place and don't make noise.

    I'm using:
    - Fossils and Archeology Revival 1.7.10
    - LLibrary 1.5.1-1.7.10
    - Forge 10.13.4-1.7.10

  • What did you do before it shuts down?

The server seems to be overloaded

The first time I joined the server I broke a block or two and placed a few torches. The second and third time I just walked around and the same thing happened with the server shutting itself down.
