My server is stopping

    This just starting happening, When I press start it will begin to start and then before it becomes online it stops. I've gone into logs and haven't seen any crash the only thing that I can see that has to deal with the server closing is this "The state engine was in incorrect state PREINITIALIZATION and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded." does this mean anything or if anyone has the same problem or a solution to this then please let me know.
