I would like to ask if it is possible to make the servers be online 24/7 this is because I run a server and I keep on disconnecting when im online because of the server time running out. I also want to know if you can make the idle timeout stop as I also keep on disconnecting every 10 mins because of this. Also please add a feature to upload your own plugins to the system because someone might of paid for a plugin or downloaded one that they want to have on their server as its not on aternos and then we cant.

This is not possible for a free service.
this is because I run a server and I keep on disconnecting when im online because of the server time running out.
Your server gets only stopped from our side if no one is playing on it. Check your server log etc. to find out why your server really stops.

We need this in order to stop servers which are not used. If we don't stop these servers we would waste many many resources and the queue would be much longer.

We already answered multiple times why don't allow our users direct file access or upload of custom plugins
