Consider PaperSpigot (Paper) to improve performance?

I would like to suggest the use of "Paper/PaperSpigot" to be considerated for use in Aternos servers (Software option).

Maybe it can be tested to see if it improves server performance (specially for 1.13 servers). If this is successful it can bring better resource management service global-wise (IMHO).

May i add to that that 1.13 performance problems arent based on the software you use but the servers from the actual game ?
