Plugin "KeepChunks" wont download.

    Since i have some projects in my server that need to be loaded to work, i was looking for a plugin that could load select chunks. This plugin "KeepChunks" was the most up to date one so i picked it (last updated 7th January i think). I pressed the download button and got a check mark, went to Files section and the file wasn't there. I have tried to download it when the server was online and when it was offline, and none of those times worked for me. Any help would be appreciated!

    I saw on a forum post to change my ip, tried that still wont download. Also tried uninstalling some plugins and downloading that one and it still wont download.
