So recently i had gotten an aternos server but when one of my friends who play windows 10 edition try to join, it won't let them. I use java edition. Anyway someone could help me?
Are windows 10 players able to crossplay with java edition players?

Windows 10 edition uses the Bedrock engine, unlike java servers. Therefore servers for java do not work on Bedrock versions of minecraft. If you want it to work for them, you need to convert your server to a be a Pocketmine or vanilla bedrock server here. If you want to play it, you need pocket edition or windows 10.
