I'm need from help for the KitBattle plugin!

1. I'm downloading the newest version.
2. Restarting my server.
3. Start my server.
4. Typing /kb in the chat.
It writes: Unknown command. Type "/help" for help. And didn't give me any error in the console or in the log.
Please, help me!
