No. They use curseforge cause their download links are actual dowload links. Not just a redirect link.. *I think*

No they wont do manual downloads. Has to be a link on curseforge

Our system integrates sites like curseforge for automated parsing of information like download links, descriptions, available versions etc.
Managing all the mods manual is just not doable.
