WorldEdit not working for 1.12

I installed WorldEdit for 1.12 CraftBukkit, And it isin't working. I have it in the files section but, in game, When I type //wand or //set Or even /wand It dosent work, And when I do /plugins It dosent show the Worledit plugin.
