I have a Minecraft server and I want to make a skywar server 
but I have Minecraft v1.11.4.2 and I think that plugins are not available for Minecraft v1.11.4.2 so can you add it on my server

You're using pocket edition. In order to use plugins on pe you have to use the pocketmine server software.
