Server keeps crashing

My server always crashes when a player joins, i usually connect to the server but this one doesn't find any players online and after a few seconds, it stops and says: "[Spigot Watchdog Thread/ERROR]: The server has stopped responding! This is (probably) not a Spigot bug."

Does it crash when someone joins or does it crash when a specific player joins?

It crashes when an already-registered player joins, but not for new players.

But after some seconds it kicks also new users.

Try to remove plugin by plugin and check when the problem is gone.
