[Bug Report] Server World Deleted

I don't have access to the logs from last night, as both cases of this have occurred overnight, however, I am fairly sure I understand what is happening. We have a fairly old vanilla 1.14.3 (has also been in 1.13.2 and 1.14.2) world (I myself have spent 100+ hours over the past 4 months or so, many other members have spent 50+ hours), and twice now its crashed and seemingly randomly deleted itself. To my understanding, this is an overloading issue, causing the server to fail. However, I do not understand why this would cause the server to completely delete itself. If this is intentional, I feel as if there should be at least either warnings or an opportunity to save the world before it is reset out of nowhere. So far, we have
