Description: a simple lightweight yet powerful NPC plugin, I saw a similar Plugin called [API] NpcLib added but it's outdated and old, this plugin would drastically make difference to those who are having issues with the plugin Citizens as I myself do.
It's 1.8 -1.14 supporting plugin which really clarifies how calibre this plugin is, I opine having this plugin wouldn't just make me glad but will indeedly help out a lot of 
Aternos users.
