Multiple Versions

Is it possible to make a server with multiple supported versions? For example you create a 1.12.2 server and is it possible to join it with version 1.14.4 or 1.8.9? And if possible can it be transfered with multiverse plugin? For example you have a hub with 1.8.9 1.12.2 and 1.14.4 version support. Then you have other worlds that you can join with one of those versions for example you have a kitpvp world wich you can only join with 1.8.9, you have a hunger games world only possible to join with 1.12.2 and then you have a survival or skyblock world that you can only join with 1.14.4. Is this a possibility?
